I have worked with EPlan energy for a number of years and always found them to be very reliable.

Shropshire Homes were on the lookout for a new Mechanical and Electrical contractor based locally and approached E Plan who have more than fulfilled our expectations. E Plan have worked with Shropshire Homes since 2016 initially successfully completing an Electrical only package to a 43 plots scheme in Shrewsbury. EPlan currently provide a full Mechanical and Electrical package to three sites based in Shropshire, one of which includes the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps. E Plan provide an exceptional professional service with the commercial awareness required in a challenging market. We would highly recommend E Plan and look forward to a positive future together.

E PLAN are new to Redrow Midlands and after being recommended to me, for the plumbing and heating package by an old colleague, I am more than pleased to have trusted his appraisal. They are a proactive and friendly company who since coming to work for us at Priorslee, have upped the bar for pride in their work. All pipes are clearly and neatly marked throughout their plots to such a high standard. Not only this but any issues that arise they are very quick to react and cannot do enough to please. We are currently 12 months into their contract and I can safely say they will be more than welcome to pick up more phases and hopefully more sites with us!

With a large stock of properties – largest in Europe. We have inherited over the years a varied and aged stock of assets. We have high standards in all that we do along with requiring value for money. We found in E-Plan a contractor that fulfilled this for us, they met our high standards and delivered value for money. They undertook the upgrading of residents properties from “E”, “F” and “G” rated boilers with “A” rated assets. Most of these installs meant the need for full installs, providing a heat source to all rooms. They used modern technology where appropriate. They worked at times with and in difficult situations but showed professionalism and empathy.

EPLAN have made a significant impact to the delivery of contract in regards to Gas Installations. They are our sole provider for all Gas installs in Birmingham and have been now for almost 4 years, acknowledged by our client stating we are delivering the best Gas installs throughout the entire contract and against our competitors on other areas of the contract. There are extremely strong communication skills which are a key part in success and a fantastic working relationship between the teams, enabling us to continue to deliver above the expected standard and continue to raise the bar on a regular basis. Nothing is ever too much to ask for, and EPLAN are always there for support and help with other work streams when required. EPLAN are now used nationally by us across our other contracts for other councils, delivering Projects & Planned Works schemes such as K&B’s, Rewires, Electrical installation, etc. We would highly recommend EPLAN and would like to thank them for their continued support & look forward to continuing to expand the delivery of services they are able to deliver on a national level.

Where do I start…. E-Plan don’t only provide a top quality service, but their desire to please is second to none.  E-Plan completed a package of electrics, heating, air conditioning, security systems and telecommunications to our new office building in Burntwood.  The quality of materials used was exceptional, they hit programme, worked safely and had no snags.  E-Plan have become one of our key supply chain partners and will continue to work across a host of our developments moving into the future.  Good luck to Dan, Richard and the team – what a great company!
