First class service from start to finish. The gentleman who installed the boiler was speedy, courteous, polite and explained how to use it. The electrician again was very fast installing the control panel. The supervisor who came to check if everything was good was very nice, jolly, and a big help when I had banging pipes in the bathroom, he gave me excellent advice. He was extremely polite and just a nice helpful man. I rate them all first class. I forgot to mention the lady who rang me to see if the supervisor had visited me, excellent customer service. E plan really care about their customers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A top class job from initial contact to the end.
