I would just like to thank this company for installing a complete new boiler and radiator system at my disabled mother's house today. They arrived on time, installed the complete system all in a day. They cleaned away all there mess, hoovered and relayed the carpets. They also put my mom's bed and bedside cupboards back in place. My mom praised how polite and friendly the three men were. Thank you once again and now she has a lovely warm house 10/10
My experience was excellent from start to finish. I cannot fault e-plan. From initial contact to completion, the service was second to none. My boiler installation was done by Lee who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional to a tee. I had a really easy time due to e-plan thinking of absolutely everything. The young man who did the electrics was likewise professional, courteous and helpful. Well done e-plan - excellent customer communication, service and experience at every turn!
The engineers that installed my new boiler were extremely professional and courteous. They treated my home with the utmost respect. The builder that made and assembled the casing for my boiler and built shelves for my airing cupboard again was also extremely courteous and professional. The overall finish is superb. All the employees of E Plan's that attend my home were exceptional
Good customer service is hard to find these days but thank you so much for the complete installation you did at my disabled moms house today . Brilliant from start to finish , cleaned all up , hoovered and even went out the way to put my moms bed and units back in place for her . You have made the whole experience a very pleasant one as she was very worried before hand . Thank you to the 3 lads who did a cracking job , they are a credit to your company . This guy and his 2 sons came to our 4 bed large house and managed to fit a new boiler and 10 radiators in one day, they were very professional with the work carried out and was very friendly, you 3 guys have done an amazing job, thank you so much!!
Had a new boiler installed yesterday by E-plan and was delighted by the whole process. Work was excellent standard. They were very respectful of my home, clean tidy work. Explained everything and kept me informed very well. I also found the receptionist kept me very Informed of the whole process of works. All the team I spoke too through the whole process had exceptional standards definitely a 10 out of 10 from me.
