Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Our commitment to identifying and preventing modern slavery and human trafficking
in our own business and throughout our supply chains.
July 2025 Turnover £42,497,874 Published under: Modern Slavery Act 2015, s.54
E PLAN Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms
including forced, bonded and child labour, and human trafficking. This statement sets
out the steps we have taken during the above financial year to ensure that slavery
and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or in any part of our
supply chain, in accordance with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our structure & supply chains
E PLAN Group operates in the United Kingdom, providing certified professional
services to commercial and domestic customers.
We employ approximately 211 people across England, United Kingdom.
Our supply chains include wholesalers, merchants, and utilities providers. Risk can arise
both in our direct supplier relationships and further upstream in our suppliers' own
supply chains, so our approach considers both.
Our policies
We hold ourselves, and expect our suppliers and partners, to the same high
standards of ethical conduct.
The following policies underpin our approach:
Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
Whistleblowing Policy, with a confidential reporting channel
Recruitment & Right to Work Policy
Code of Conduct for employees, workers and directors
These policies are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect legislative change and
emerging risk.
Due diligence
We apply due diligence when onboarding new suppliers and when reviewing existing
relationships, including:
Verification checks on new suppliers' legitimacy and trading history
Anti-slavery clauses built into supplier contracts, with a right to terminate for
non-compliance
Right-to-work and identity checks for all directly employed staff
Use of vetted, compliance-registered recruitment agencies
Periodic supplier audits and self-assessment questionnaires
A confidential channel for raising concerns, available to staff and third parties
Where a concern is identified, we investigate promptly and take proportionate action
- from requiring corrective steps through to ending the relationship.
Risk assessment & management
We assess risk across our business and supply chain by sector, geography,
business model and workforce profile. Higher-risk areas we monitor closely include
outsourced labour and subcontracted services, and suppliers in sectors or regions
with a higher incidence of labour exploitation.
We maintain a risk register reviewed at least annually, apply enhanced checks to
higher-risk suppliers, and require senior sign-off before engaging suppliers in higher-
risk categories. Oversight sits with [the Board / a designated director].
Measuring effectiveness
We track our progress against the following indicators:
Indicator Target
Staff completing modern slavery training 100% annually
High-risk suppliers screened before onboarding 100%
New/renewed contracts with anti-slavery clauses 100%
Whistleblowing reports investigated within target
time
All, within 20 days
Right-to-work checks for new starters 100% prior to start
Training
We provide modern slavery awareness training to all employees - particularly those
in procurement, HR, recruitment and management - covering how to recognise the
signs of modern slavery, our internal policies and reporting routes, and our legal
obligations under the Act. Training is given at induction and refreshed periodically as
legislation and risk evolve.
Approval
This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of E PLAN Group and will be
reviewed annually, or sooner if there is a material change to our business or supply
chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
