Contractor of the Month at Churchfields, Kidderminster Site, Vistry Partnerships

We are thrilled to announce that EPLAN has been chosen as subcontractor of the Month at our mechanical and electrical site, Churchfields, Kidderminster, working in partnership with Vistry Partnerships. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and the outstanding work carried out by our Contract Manager, Neil, and resident plumber, James, at this site.

Churchfields, located in Kidderminster, is an exciting development that will see the construction of 246 homes. Within this development, we are proud to contribute to the creation of 100 homes for our Signature brand, offering exquisite properties for outright sale. Additionally, 146 homes will be allocated as affordable housing, including 11 for social rent, 84 for affordable rent, and 51 for shared ownership. As part of this project, we are also converting an old warehouse from 1902 into one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, further adding to the charm and diversity of the site.
