However, with our head office operating at reduced capacity, we swiftly adapted to improve our processes. The launch of our new software, developed by our in-house IT department, enables our surveyors to conduct on-site surveys using tablets. This efficient system calculates radiator sizing, allocates materials, and captures photographs, allowing for immediate scheduling and preparation of the installation process.
Our new survey system enables us to transfer all essential documentation immediately to our clients in a comprehensive PDF file. This includes heating installation plans, material allocations, and any other necessary documents for a smooth and timely job execution. By eliminating the need for physical paperwork and enabling real-time data transfer, we enhance communication and minimize delays.
In addition to enhancing our surveying capabilities, our software incorporates a checklist of social distancing conduct.
